Schedule meetings

Public Meeting RoomThe Conrad Public Library welcomes public use of its meeting rooms. The meeting rooms are an extension of library services and may be used for civic, community, cultural, educational, political, religious or social activities.

Requests to use the large meeting room may be made in person at the library, by calling the library at 641-366-2583, or by emailing The facility may be scheduled up to 6 months in advance.

The small meeting and study rooms in the library are available to users anytime the library is open. These rooms may be reserved with library personnel in advance, if needed.

Equipment and furnishings available in the Community Meeting Room:

    • Sound system with portable microphone and 2 plug-in microphones
    • CD player
    • DVD player
    • 47" television mounted on wall
    • Video/Computer Projector screen mounted on the ceiling
    • 4 laptop computers that may be checked out from the library for use in the meeting room
    • Internet access
    • Whiteboard
    • Viewing Screen
    • 12 rectangular (9') tables
    • 9 square card tables
    • Podium
    • 2 corner wall cabinets with counter space on top for display
Equipment and supplies available in the Community Meeting Room's Kitchenette:
    • Stove, refrigerator, and microwave
    • 30-cup coffee maker
    • Punch Bowl
    • Dishes, bowls, glasses, cups and silverware (service for 64)
