Conrad Public Library's Youth Advisory Council

As of Fall 2024, the Conrad Public Library now has a Youth Advisory Council. This council is made up students currently enrolled in high school! This council serves to give the library ideas and recommendations to improve services to youth and young adults. The council can make recommendations about services, materials for circulation, and library usage. The council meets every month. If you are interested in joining the council feel free to contact the library!

The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) also runs and organizes different programs that are held at the library. In the past they have had a movie night, trivia and game night, reading programs/contests, and read-a-thons. Our council is very driven to make the library accessible to all patrons.
