We are a certified Geri-Fit location! Learn more about the program at https://www.gerifit.com or visit the library on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15-6:00 PM to use our Geri-Fit DVDs and equipment. Rather do a different workout? We have plenty of other DVDs and all of Youtube.com to choose from. All ages and abilities are welcome but this program is aimed toward older adults.
